K12 Payment Center FAQ

1. How do I set up a low balance notification? Go to Manage Profile and enter the low balance amount. Check “Send Notifications”. You will receive an email when the balance drops below the amount you set.

2. How do I turn off low balance notifications? The “Low Balance Amount” is the threshold you set in your account. In your account, go to “Manage Profile” and see if you have an “alerts” setting and uncheck “Send Notifications”.

3. Can Food & Nutrition help me with Chromebook fees? There are two separate accounts for your child/children on K12PaymentCenter “Lunch Payment” and “School Fees”. School Fees apply to Chromebooks. Any inquiries regarding the “School Fees” portion of the account should be addressed ChromebookSupport@capousd.org
